SHIPPING POLICY
All candles will be shipped within three to five business days through USPS. If for some reason there is a delay, we will reach out immediately to let you know. We currently only ship domestically in the US. All packages are shipped with recycled materials and use biodegradable packing tape. Once packages are released to the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier. Live everWell is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or issue refunds, but we will do everything to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about scents, please reach out, we love talking about candles!
